Flat Series

The shells of the Flat Series are made of smooth aluminum sheet.
The simple, clear surface gives them an elegant look that underlines 
the artisanal character of the drum.
Each shell is made up of two half shells, which are brought into their round shape step by step and then welded together precisely.
This creates a stable shell with unmistakable sound character.
Thanks to the material-typical properties of aluminium, the Drums are insensitive to moisture and only slightly heavier than comparable wooden shells.
The rounded edges grating with a precisely manufactured
 approx. 1 mm wide coat support
 ensures an even, flat coat and supports a sensitive response as well as a balanced sound.
Since each drum is carefully handcrafted, almost all individual wishes regarding size, equipment and design can be realized.
